Due to internal promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Category Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Head of Category Strategy, this role will coordinate and deliver annual plans to drive category growth for PepsiCo and key grocery retail partners, and develop and implement a mutually beneficial business agenda, focusing on priority areas like range, space, and activation.

Responsibilities:
Support the PepsiCo Category Strategy: Align PepsiCo's growth plans with customer needs and priorities as a key steward of the category growth agenda.
End to end ownership of the Customer Engagement Framework: Shared ownership of the annual engagement calendar including Insights & Store of the Future workshops, Activation & Innovation days and customer range review campaigns to land the strategic business plan.
Development of Talent: Coaching and developing Junior Category Manager (JCM) to improve functional capability and provide stretch opportunities for growth and motivation.
Cross-Functional collaboration on Growth Initiatives: Work on activation & innovation projects Marketing, Shopper Insights and R&D to deliver against the category strategy & growth agenda.
Business Analysis & Portfolio Management; Provide insights & analytical support across the Commercial function to mitigate risk, maximise opportunities for growth and ultimately realise the operating plan.
Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years in FMCG, with a strong background in Category Management.
Education: Degree in marketing, commerce, economics, business, or similar.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Nielsen, Circana, Quantium, Synergy, and merchandising tools.
Strategic and Relationship Skills: Skilled in strategy development and building cross-functional relationships.
Additional Experience: P&L management, people management and international FMCG experience.
