About the Role
The IT Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the bank's loan operations by analyzing current business processes and workflows within the bank to identify automation opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
• Define the business opportunities and problems and primary objectives of new projects.
• Identify and validate key business requirements.
• Lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Experience with IT systems and technology.
