We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide expert advice to clients on their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Provide expert advice to clients on their financial needs, including lending solutions and cash flow management.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the small business market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Tertiary qualification in a related field, such as business or finance.
