Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, leveraging existing relationships and market knowledge.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the company's products, including personal loans, to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
- Build trust with customers by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely follow-ups on leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and escalations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in field sales or loan sales in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets and deadlines.
