We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic team responsible for the design, delivery, and execution of integrated IT solutions supporting the launch of new technologies and services. This team operates in an Agile environment and works closely with IT, network, operations, and product experts to deliver impactful business solutions through data science and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and design business processes and requirements.
Drive the delivery of performance management, service quality, and reporting projects.
Lead investigations into business flow anomalies across provisioning, dispatch, and network systems.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and service improvement.
Work closely with application architects and support engineers to ensure system health and secure software development practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning iterations (PI Planning every 3 months).
Gather and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Support data-driven decision-making by interpreting analytics and recommending actionable insights.
Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience participating in Agile ceremonies.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to dive into complex system flows and processes.

Experience with performance management, service quality metrics, and reporting tools.

Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Ability to collaborate with diverse teams including IT, network, operations, and product stakeholders.

Familiarity with secure software development and system health monitoring is an asset.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions:

Type of job: Temporary Contractor – 1 year with the possibility to extend
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
