- Someone with over 3 years of experience (in an ad/digital agency).

- Someone with the flexibility to switch between several projects at once.

- Someone with a great eye for detail and the ability to work well in teams.

- Demonstrable track record of growth initiatives.

- Proven project management expertise.

- Effective and efficient problem solving and analytical skills

- Commercial and financial acumen and attention to detail.

Effective presentation skills.

- Ability to conduct market, industry, and company research.

- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast changing environment.

- Must demonstrate maturity, high integrity, energy and team spirit.

- Possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop strategic and business plans and road maps for growth.

• Mapping competitive landscape.

• Maintain current knowledge of developments, trends, competitive environment.

• Identify, recommend, negotiate, structure and manage strategic projects of potential for achieving business targets.

• Research and strategic insights.

• Getting in new business.

• Work with business, evaluate and conduct complex financial and risk analyses of business opportunities.

• Support effective organization, management and completion of due diligence projects.
