We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Officer to join our team, responsible for originating, processing, and servicing the credit needs of businesses, consumers, and professionals within the marketplace.
The successful candidate will maintain and solicit related depository accounts and other fee-generating services, providing support to all retail and Treasury Management functions. A high degree of reliance is placed on the judgment of the loan officer, who is fully responsible for the loan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Originate, process, and service the credit needs of customers and prospects.
• Maintain and solicit related depository accounts and other fee-generating services.
• Provide support to all retail and Treasury Management functions.
• Detect potential problems and apply techniques of problem loan administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
• 1 year of experience in consumer/retail or commercial lending, collections, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A strong understanding of banking regulations and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.

• Hiring pay ranges: $78,000.00 - $138,000.00 per year (Includes 20% Cost of Living Adjustment)

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008. You must also maintain a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.
