Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
- Optimize APIs and microservices for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Golang and microservices architecture.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Exposure to security best practices in backend development.
