Job Description
Job Title Senior Backend Engineer
Based Connaught Place, New Delhi, India
Reports to Director of Engineering (New Delhi)
Vacancies Two
Salary Between Rs 10,00,000 to Rs 14,00,000 per year
General Hours +.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
A permanent and full-time position, with the potential for bonuses and overtime payments.
We are a fast-growing Reg-Tech (Regulatory Technology) business with a cutting-edge SaaS product working in the background screening and referencing sector. We have blue-chip clients around the world, and offices in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. We are looking for Senior Developers to be responsible for supporting, maintaining and the delivery of high-quality cloud-based solutions to our customers.
Experience required: -
• Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Familiarity with the .NET version 6 and above
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Skill for writing reusable C# libraries.
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
• Knack for writing clean, readable C# code.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Background in performance monitoring of applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Meeting any of the below criteria will be highly beneficial:
• Experience of working with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
• Experience of developing/architecting enterprise solutions.
• Experience of working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform).
