We are looking for a
Senior Associate – Teacher Quality Assurance
to support our Teacher Quality Assurance team by ensuring high standards of teaching quality across live and recorded sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and coordinate session audits.
• Evaluate teaching quality, student engagement, and learning outcomes.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to teachers and track their progress.
• Manage audit trackers and ensure timely completion of quality reports.
• Collaborate with Training, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Support quality initiatives and AI model calibration through structured session observations.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in EdTech, Teaching, Academic Quality, Teacher Training, Academic Operations, or Teacher Support.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; B.Ed., M.Ed., or teaching-related certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of online teaching and classroom engagement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in session auditing, teacher coaching, or academic quality assurance is preferred.
