Key functional areas:Strategy & Operation ExcellenceGlobal Supply Engineering & SustainmentManufacturing Operations SolutionsE2E Network SolutionsThe Senior Associate, Manufacturing Operations Solutions colleague will support the deployment of solutions that drive operational discipline with a focus on increasing process robustness, yield improvements & product quality, while increasing asset utilization and manufacturing attainment (e.g. Manufacturing Execution Solutions, MES). An ideal candidate will have a technical background with business process understanding across Manufacturing. The candidate will support the deployment and delivery of Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) and accelerators to Digital Industry 4.0 maturity.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Associate, Manufacturing Operations Solutions colleague’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Support the design and deployment of site-wide MES solutions under the guidance of senior team members.Participate in project teams to help scope, plan, and execute solution deployments.Participate in process mapping and requirements gathering activities.Help define and build Electronic Batch Record template designsHelp define and deliver accelerators to MES deployment, including AI.Help troubleshoot technical issues related to MES recipes and solution development, escalating as needed.Collaborate with senior team members to define next-level vision of business solutions for PGS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, automation, QA, solution engineering etc.) to support project objectives.Assist with collecting and analysing data to support performance metrics and process improvement initiatives.Assist with documentation, including user and functional requirements, software configuration, and system maintenance records.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS BS in Engineering or Technology based subjects(s) or equivalent experience.3+ years related work experience.Relevant domain experience in manufacturing and/or quality operations.Experience in all stages of solution and application lifecycle from value analysis, business case development, and solution deployment through to value realization and system retirement is a significant advantage.Ability to work across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities as required.An understanding of system cGMP requirements and demonstrable knowledge of computer system design and maintenance lifecycle in cGMP environments.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 years’ experience in a Global Solution environment focused on the build and deployment of Manufacturing Execution Solutions (MES).Experience working with Rockwell Pharmasuite or Siemens OpCenter Execution Pharma.Experience with Agile Software Delivery.Hands on experience in a manufacturing facility.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTSNoneNON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel up to 25% and may on infrequent occasions be required to support weekend or night solution issue resolution, cutover and/or upgrade activities.Team is EU & US based – work hours may be required to be adjusted accordingly.
