Senior Architect

1.Lead the design and planning of hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities from concept to execution including managing sales leads by undertaking customer interaction.

2. Set costs and project fees according to budget and assist in closing of leads by undertaking design due diligence.

3. Develop master plans and layouts that prioritize patient safety, infection control, and operational efficiency.

4. Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH, JCI, FGI, ADA).

5. Coordinate with stakeholders including hospital administrators, medical professionals, and engineering teams.

6. Oversee the preparation of concept designs, detailed drawings, construction documents, and specifications.

7. Participate in quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

8. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

+. Stay updated on healthcare design trends, medical technologies, and sustainability practices.

10. Mentor and guide junior architects in best practices for healthcare architecture.

11. Visit projects to ensure the delivery of project is as per the design and in line with the quality requirements

12. Research and follow industry changes, evolution and best practices.

13. Work on strategic projects and create templates and renders for different spaces that shall be used in marketing collateral and for sales.
