Responsibilities
• Successfully complete the training program and obtain Series 7+ and Series 63 Licenses
• Develop concepts in accounting, corporate finance, and capital markets to support transactions
• Perform detailed valuation analyses using various methodologies
• Build financial models to analyze performance and support advisory transactions
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials for client meetings
• Assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals
• Manage priorities while handling multiple high-priority opportunities
• Communicate effectively with deal team members regarding project status
• Develop and maintain good working relationships within Capital Markets and the organization
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Finance or Accounting preferred with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7+, and Series 63 licenses required
• Willingness to commit to a two-year program
• Proven ability to excel under pressure and meet deadlines
