Senior AI Video Graphics Animator

We're seeking a skilled video graphics animator to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality AI-generated content. The ideal candidate will have expertise in node-based pipelines, particularly in ComfyUI, and be able to produce polished short-form content and AI influencer videos.

The job entails designing, building, and iterating end-to-end AI video pipelines using ComfyUI and complementary tools. You'll create AI influencer content, including persona development, look consistency, lip-sync, expression control, and voice-to-video alignment. Additionally, you'll own motion design & finishing, including typography, transitions, overlays, color, sound design, and final QC (deflicker, stabilization, upscaling).

You'll standardize workflows, version-lock nodes/models, maintain presets, and document best practices for reproducibility. Furthermore, you'll experiment fast with new models, motion modules, and control methods, and present comparisons and recommendations. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with creative, growth, and product stakeholders in real-time during specific hours.

Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development: Design, build, and iterate end-to-end AI video pipelines using ComfyUI and complementary tools.
AI Influencer Content Creation: Create AI influencer content, including persona development, look consistency, lip-sync, expression control, and voice-to-video alignment.
Motion Design & Finishing: Own motion design & finishing, including typography, transitions, overlays, color, sound design, and final QC (deflicker, stabilization, upscaling).
Workflow Standardization: Standardize workflows, version-lock nodes/models, maintain presets, and document best practices for reproducibility.
Experimentation & Collaboration: Experiment fast with new models, motion modules, and control methods, and present comparisons and recommendations. Collaborate in real-time with creative, growth, and product stakeholders.
Requirements:
Portfolio: Include 3–6 pieces that demonstrate AI influencer or avatar pieces with consistent identity across shots.
ComfyUI Expertise: Expert with ComfyUI, including custom nodes, graph optimization, batching, tiled diffusion, IP-Adapter/Control workflows, model management.
Diffusion/Video Fundamentals: Strong grasp of diffusion/video fundamentals, including prompting, seeds, CFG/schedulers, ref image conditioning, AnimateDiff/motion modules, control nets, frame interpolation, face restoration, upscaling, and deflicker.
Lip-Sync/Audio Experience: Lip-sync/audio-driven animation experience, such as Wav2Lip/SadTalker-style pipelines or similar.
Finishing Skills: Pro-level finishing in one or more: After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve/Fusion, or Nuke.
Motion Design: Solid motion design, including type, layout, timing, easing, transitions, and sound design basics.
