Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Advocate Lawyer. The Senior Advocate Lawyer will be responsible for managing a range of legal matters, including providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling legal disputes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and representing the organization in legal proceedings. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with external parties, and contribute to overall legal strategies to mitigate risk and safeguard the organizations interests. Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Drafting, Contract Negotiation, and Corporate Law Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Arbitration Strong Advocacy, Litigation, and Conflict Resolution skills Demonstrated ability in Legal Documentation and Case Analysis Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Dholera with a commitment to organizational objectives Bachelor's or advanced degree in Law (LLB/LLM), and valid license to practice law in India Prior experience in real estate or related legal fields is an advantage
