Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial information, while also providing high-level support to program managers in budget analysis.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing financial data, including preparing general ledger reconciliations, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data to support audits and regulatory compliance.
Supervising the finance team, including responsibility for financial management, reporting, and team coordination.
Supporting program managers in budget analysis, including forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in a senior finance or accounting role, including responsibility for financial management, reporting, and team coordination.
Demonstrated experience supporting financial management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial systems, including system administration tasks such as user management, code maintenance, and report generation.
