About the Role

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Team Leader to join our thriving team in Katherine .

Your new Role:

As a Client Services Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Senior Client Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site inspections
Address client feedback and concerns promptly and effectively
Ensure client needs are met through consistent, high-quality service and timely communication
Adhere to company and industry standards for health, safety, and environmental practices
Report and manage workplace incidents and hazards to ensure a safe working environment
Lead, support, and motivate cleaning staff to achieve and exceed client expectations
Manage performance, training, and development to enhance team effectiveness
Handle staff absences and coordinate relief as needed
Perform various daily cleaning tasks on sites and cover for Cleaners when absent or on leave
Report client issues and changes to contracts promptly
Manage administrative tasks including timesheets and accommodation reports
What we require from you:

Previous experience in a similar role with cleaning/facilities management
Current National Police clearance (Mandatory)
Working With Children's check (Mandatory)
Excellent communication skills
High customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
High standard of work, cleanliness and attention to detail
Own reliable transport and valid Driver's Licence (Mandatory)
Able to work autonomously and use initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and time management.
