Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with statutory law, tax provisions (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
Supervise, train, and develop the accounts team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, bills, and bank deposits.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Key Skills:

Should have good Communication Skill
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime)
Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience in [Preferred Industry (printing, manufacturing etc.).
