Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Delhi (Work From Office)
Experience Required: 4-8 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and eCommerce marketplace accounting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Handle GST filing, GST reconciliation, and GST compliance.
• Prepare and file TDS returns and maintain related records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management reports.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Handle payroll-related accounting entries and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
eCommerce Accounting Responsibilities
• Manage accounting for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Tata 1mg, and other marketplaces.
• Perform settlement reconciliation and sales reconciliation.
• Reconcile TDS, TCS, commissions, returns, and refunds.
• Verify marketplace payments and deductions.
• Coordinate with operations and inventory teams for stock reconciliation.
• Prepare marketplace-wise profitability and performance reports.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• GST Filing & Reconciliation.
• TDS Filing & Compliance.
• Financial Reporting & MIS.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Audit Support.
• Inventory Accounting.
• eCommerce Accounting Experience.
• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, IF Functions).
• Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or ERP Software.
Preferred Qualifications
• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance.
• CA Inter (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in eCommerce or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
