Job Description
Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company
This position is primarily responsible for the Inter company reconciliations following the rules of General Procedures and SOPs.
Key Objectives:
• Performing Intercompany AP/ AR reconciliations; obtaining/ sending missing invoices
• Intercompany accrual/ aged follow up
• HFM Mailbox handling
• Support Intercompany daily operations and handle ad-hoc issues
• Closing issues follow up
• Coordinate among global / regional process owners for Intercompany process related topics
Work Experience : 7-10 years in GL accounting
Industry Experience: Not required
Education: Secondary school certificate specialized in finance and accounting.
Licensing/Certification Chartered Accountant-is an advantage
Functional Knowledge: Knowledge of finance and accounting
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of integrated financial software.
Language: Fluent English;
