Senior Account Executive HR
Job Description
• Contribute to and lead species of local and/or regional programs, initiatives, projects and process improvements
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on best practices, compliance and improved decision-making
• Communicate and provide interpretation of company policies and programs to internal and external audiences
• Identify solutions to problems by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action
• Diplomatically navigate and leverage resources and stakeholders to provide mutually-beneficial solutions to conflicts
• Understand and display good judgment regarding the overall business, applicable laws and policies, internal and external culture and the firm's vision, mission and values.
• Partner with employees, managers and hiring managers to determine appropriate staffing needs
• Serve as a contact for employees and/or candidates to assisting resolving issues, navigating dynamics, answering inquiries and driving career growth.
• Build and maintain a network of credibility, trust and confidence with stakeholders
• Supportorassistwithspecialtyfunctions,projectsandresponsibilities
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Live Edelman values, lead by example and hold employees accountable to performance and behavior expectations
• Support regional HR leaders with additional reactive and proactive projects, as requested.
• Fully understand generalist/specialist role and its relation and- impact to the HR function
• Provide guidance to proactively, influence decisions of local employees and/or candidates
• Counsel employees and/or candidates on effective solutions to problems
• Demonstrate HR knowledge through informed decision-making, appropriately maintaining confidentiality
• Consistently execute deliverables on time, identifying and using resources appropriately and by following policies and communication protocols
• Communicate effectively with employees and/or candidates to contribute to mutually-beneficial outcomes
• Provide sound recommendations to employees
• Allocate time to expanding professional network of internal and external contacts to recruit and improve the Edelman brand to attract talent
• Coordinate and/or participate in interview, recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure candidate and employee needs are met
• Proactively seek and accomplish self-improvement through internal and externalopportunities,suchasELI,externalcourses,certification,etc.
• Provideconstructiveandrespectfulfeedbacktoemployeesandteammembers
• Help employees identify development opportunities for themselves and their staff; contribute to employee development through feedback and training
• Fulfill training and citizenship requirements and help facilitate learning for employees through ELI

Basic Qualifications:
• Atleast2yearsofprogressiveexperienceinhumanresourcesorarelated field Preferred Qualifications
• BS/BA/MAinrelateddisciplineorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience
• Interest in Innovative HR in a professional services environment
• Effectivewrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswithstrongattentiontodetail
• Effective training and presentation skills
• Ability to fulfill project execution and follow-up, balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to solve problems and quickly respond to inquiries with sound judgment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
