Senior Account Executive, CA

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial operations of our growing kidswear/apparel brand. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, inventory accounting, and working closely with sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / Zoho Books
Handle sales entries from e-commerce platforms (Nykaa, FirstCry & Market place etc.)
Manage accounts payable & receivable
Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliation (Razorpay, PayU, etc.)
Handle GST filing, TDS, and compliance
Maintain inventory accounting for garments (SKU-wise tracking)
Work on purchase entries, vendor payments, and cost tracking
Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, and financial reports
Coordinate with CA for returns, audits, and compliance
Monitor expenses and suggest cost control measures
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
2–5 years experience (preferably in garment / ecommerce / retail industry)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
Hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho Books / Busy
Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Understanding of inventory & stock management
Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:

Experience with ecommerce accounting
Knowledge of complainces of accounting, Market place panel reports
CA Inter / M.Com is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
