Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior 3D Architectural Visualizer / CGI Artist with strong technical skills, visual storytelling ability, and deep understanding of spatial design. You will lead the creation of photorealistic renders, 3D walkthroughs, 360° visuals, and promotional animations for residential, commercial, retail, and institutional projects. You’ll collaborate with our marketing, video, and design teams to deliver high-quality content used across social media, advertising, websites, and presentations.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models from architectural plans, sketches, and concepts.
Design interior and exterior visualizations, aerial views, and camera animations for digital and print platforms.
Apply realistic materials, lighting, and environmental effects for lifelike renders.
Develop 3D walkthroughs and flythrough animations using cinematic compositions.
Deliver optimized outputs for social media, brochures, websites, and video presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with brand and campaign objectives.
Maintain a structured library of 3D models, materials, textures, and lighting setups.
Stay up to date with industry tools, trends, and visualization workflows.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, Animation, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in architectural visualization or CGI production.
Proficiency in SketchUp or 3ds Max for 3D modeling.
Expertise in V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion for photorealistic rendering and animation.
Strong post-production skills in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and develop precise spatial representations.
Skilled in camera setup, lighting techniques, material mapping, and rendering optimization.
Experience creating walkthrough videos, 360° visuals, or VR content.
Familiarity with Twinmotion, Enscape, or Kuula is a plus.
Experience in real estate visualization projects is a plus.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
