Responsibilities

About the team: The EU MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of TikTok E-commerce, spearheading the acquisition and onboarding journey for new sellers. The team is responsible for EU TikTok Shop merchants and merchandise growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success. Responsibilities - Support EU seller lead generation, qualification, segmentation, and other lead management tasks using a data-driven approach. - Assist the digital channel team in creating in-app notifications, EDMs, banners, H5 pages, and other seller outreach materials. - Manage, implement, and monitor seller growth programs, including incentives and championship campaigns, with strong attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency and budget effectiveness. - Help with seller troubleshooting, community engagement, and the development of educational content to drive seller success. - Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's or above, graduating December 2026 or onwards. - Result-oriented and self-motivated, able to balance and manage multiple tasks and apply initiative and work in a pressurised environment. - Skilled in Tableau/Power BI and MS Office; SQL or Python experience for data processing is a plus. - Collaborative and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of the EU eCommerce landscape and market trends. - Interest in digital commerce, social selling, and content-driven retail. - Quick learner with strong adaptability, agility, and attention to detail.
