LSR Services Group LTD is looking for reliable and experienced self-employed painters and decorators to join our growing contractor network across London and the M25.
We work with landlords, letting agents, property managers, and commercial clients, providing maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services.
We are looking for decorators who take pride in their work, leave properties clean and tidy, and can complete jobs to a professional standard.
Typical Work Includes:
Internal painting
Wall and ceiling repainting
Touch-ups and making good
Painting after leak repairs
Bathroom and kitchen repainting
Skirting, doors, frames, and woodwork
Small refurbishment works
End-of-tenancy decoration works
Preparing surfaces properly before painting
Providing before and after photos
Requirements:
Painting and decorating experience required
Own tools Preffered
Own van/car Preffered
Public Liability Insurance preferred
Must be reliable and professional
Must be comfortable working in occupied premises
Must leave work areas clean and tidy
Must be able to follow scopes and schedules
Experience with letting agents or property managers is beneficial
Pay: £131.71-£278.56 per day
