Qualifications
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents
You will support a welcoming environment through professional communication and customer service while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity
Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location
Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor and driver logs, and help control entry and exit of vehicles and personnel
Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns
Support the orderly movement of deliveries, trailers, and personnel by following established traffic, check-in, and access procedures

What You'll Do
• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor and driver logs, and help control entry and exit of vehicles and personnel.
