Job Description
Job Title: Security Head Location: Delhi NCR Industry: Beverages / FMCG Manufacturing Experience: 15–20 Years Education: Graduate in Any Discipline Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Security Head to lead and manage overall security operations across manufacturing plants and facilities. The role will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, assets, infrastructure, materials, visitors, and company operations while maintaining compliance with organizational and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end plant security operations.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and risk management protocols.
• Ensure strict access control, gate management, and visitor management.
• Conduct security audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Safeguard company assets, inventory, machinery, equipment, and finished goods.
• Investigate incidents involving theft, pilferage, fraud, and security breaches.
• Manage CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and other security infrastructure.
• Lead emergency response during fire, accidents, labor unrest, natural disasters, and security threats.
• Coordinate with police, fire departments, government authorities, and emergency services.
• Supervise security teams and outsourced security agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all security policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Manage security budgets, vendors, and service providers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Retired Army Officer / Ex-Defence Personnel highly preferred.
• Candidates from Army, Navy, Air Force, CISF, CRPF, BSF, Police, or Paramilitary Forces will be given preference.
• 15–20 years of experience in Security Management.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Beverages, Food Processing, or Industrial Plants.
• Strong expertise in industrial security, investigations, crisis management, emergency response, and asset protection.
• Experience handling outsourced security agencies and large security teams.
• Strong leadership, discipline, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
• Certification in Industrial Security, Fire & Safety, or Risk Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
