Job Description
Position: Security – CCTV
Number of Vacancies: 2
Location: Thoppampatti Pirivu, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore
Job Purpose
We are looking for experienced Security & CCTV professionals who can effectively monitor, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and install CCTV surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and operate CCTV surveillance systems across the premises.
• Handle day-to-day CCTV monitoring and security surveillance activities.
• Install, configure, and position CCTV cameras as required.
• Identify and troubleshoot CCTV camera, DVR/NVR, wiring, and connectivity-related issues.
• Carry out basic technical maintenance and repair of CCTV systems.
• Ensure all CCTV cameras are functioning properly and maintain surveillance coverage.
• Coordinate with the Security team for effective monitoring and incident reporting.
• Maintain records of CCTV-related issues, maintenance, and repairs.
• Support the Security Department in maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
Required Skills & Experience
• Good experience in Security and CCTV surveillance operations.
Experience - 2 years
• Hands-on technical knowledge of CCTV installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to identify and rectify CCTV camera and connectivity-related issues.
• Good understanding of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, cabling, and basic networking.
• Strong observation and monitoring skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with the Security team.
Qualification
• Ex-Army personnel with relevant security/CCTV experience will be preferred.
• Candidates with a Degree/Diploma or relevant technical qualification along with strong CCTV and security experience may also be considered.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates with hands-on experience in CCTV surveillance and security operations.
• Candidates who have practical experience in installing, fixing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV cameras will be given preference.
• Good discipline, alertness, responsibility, and communication skills are essential.
