Based in Lancashire - Appley Bridge
Based in our North West Regional Centre, this varied role is responsible for responding to members’ telephone calls and emails, capturing sensitive and important information on our bespoke Casework Management System. You will be supporting colleagues in an all areas of administration/ secretarial work as well as assisting with greeting members for meetings and training courses.
Flexibility is the key for this role and the successful candidate will be confident using IT and the telephone, possessing exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as well developed customer focused skills. You will also have demonstrable experience of record keeping and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
