Seasonal Sales Assistant Role Overview
You will play a key role in supporting the team during the holiday season by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customers find everything they need for special celebrations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with purchases, offering advice and product recommendations.
Process transactions at the till accurately.
Replenish stock on the shop floor, maintaining displays that are neat, well-stocked, and appealing.
Support general housekeeping to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
Assist with stock deliveries and organization in the stockroom.
Be knowledgeable about promotions and offers to inform customers effectively.
Requirements:
Prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
You should be friendly, approachable, and confident when engaging with diverse customers.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy periods.
You will be required to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
You should be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.
