As a Seasonal Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll assist with reception duties, administrative tasks, and sales support.

What You’ll Do:
Front Desk & Administrative Support
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
Manage calls, direct inquiries, and maintain an organized reception area.
Handle office tasks, including filing, data entry, mail processing, and supply inventory.
Compile and analyze reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Customer service or sales experience (CRM knowledge is a plus!).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Friendly and outgoing.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organized, proactive, and team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
