The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and scaling campaigns that generate high-quality property enquiries at optimized CPL. Key Responsibilities Setup, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns Develop and execute real estate lead generation strategies Plan audience targeting & retargeting funnels to improve lead quality Monitor and optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) Manage campaign budgeting, scaling, and performance tracking Execute property-specific campaigns (villa plots, apartments, gated communities) Implement location-based targeting for project catchment areas Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights Work closely with sales team to improve lead conversion quality ✅ Required Skills Strong experience in Meta Ads campaign setup & optimization Expertise in audience targeting & retargeting strategies Proven ability to generate real estate leads at optimized CPL Experience in campaign budgeting & scaling Hands-on experience with property lead generation campaigns Knowledge of location-based targeting strategies Prior real estate digital marketing experience (mandatory) Experience 4–5 years digital marketing experience Minimum 2 years in real estate lead generation preferred
