We are looking for a Search Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize large-scale Google Ads campaigns and drive global growth. This role is perfect for a data-driven, strategic thinker with experience managing high-budget ad campaigns in the fashion or luxury retail space.
Your Role & Responsibilities
???? Develop and execute Google Ads strategies to maximize search visibility and conversion rates.
???? Manage and optimize high-budget campaigns ($500K–$5M+ per month) to improve ROAS and customer acquisition.
???? Oversee Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns for luxury fashion collections.
???? Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy optimization, and A/B testing.
???? Work closely with the creative and content teams to align search ads with seasonal campaigns and product launches.
???? Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, luxury fashion trends, and search marketing innovations.
Who You Are
✅ 5+ years of experience in Google Ads, PPC, or Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
✅ Proven success managing high-budget ad campaigns ($500K–$5M per month) with strong ROAS.
✅ Expertise in Google Ads, Performance Max, Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, and GA4.
✅ Strong data-driven mindset—you analyze performance metrics and make real-time optimizations.
✅ Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
✅ Familiarity with luxury consumer behavior and high-end fashion marketing is a plus.
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
⚠️ Due to the nature of remote work, candidates must have a Windows-based computer to be compatible with our systems.
What We Offer
???? Competitive Pay:
Full-time: $+0,000 – $150,000 per year + performance bonuses.
Part-time: $50 – $75 per hour (minimum 16 hours per week).
