Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Supporting the Management Team in completing agreed activities
• Ensuring our website and all collateral are consistent with our branding
• They are the best they can be.
• Creating and posting blog posts and articles on the company's website and social media pages
• Preparing coherent marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools
• Managing the marketing database and email distribution (Salesforce is our CRM system)
• Developing strategies then implementing to increase our customer base
• Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters and posters
• Monitoring competitor activities and finding leads for the company

• Campaign Management - Create and deploy campaigns targeting both prospective partners as well as existing SF customers.
• Social and content creation and deployment - To ensure we build up our social presence

Desired Candidate Profile
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Working knowledge of content management systems and automated marketing software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• In-depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices
