Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for digital trends, and the ability to execute successful social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

· Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

· Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.

· Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports.

· Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.

· Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.

· Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

· Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (preferred).

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.

· Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools.

· Experience with content planning, copywriting, and campaign management.

· Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.

· Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.

· Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
