Amply is Looking for:
Amply ensures store operations excellence for retail and restaurant chains by automating daily tasks, audits, VM executions, communications, and KPI reporting. We're looking for a bold, persistent, and high-energy SDR/BDR to own outbound prospecting into US/Canada markets and drive meeting generation for our AEs.
What You'll Do
• Self-source target accounts across US/Canada retail and QSR chains using tools like Apollo and Lusha — no pre-generated leads
• Run 100–150 cold calls per day to Western market prospects with zero prior contact
• Book qualified discovery meetings (Google Meets / video calls) for the Account Executive
• Manage and update CRM daily; hit weekly meeting targets
• Mine events, webinars, and referral channels for outbound triggers
• Feed market intel back to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach sequences
Must-Have Requirements
• Prior cold calling experience in any Western market (US, Canada, UK, Australia, or EMEA) — this is non-negotiable
• Proven track record of setting qualified meetings with Western market prospects via cold calls
• Strong spoken English suitable for NA/Western market calls — fluent, natural cadence
• Comfortable owning full cold prospecting from scratch (prospect identification → outreach → booking)
• Willing and able to work US hours (night shift) in-office from Gurugram — no remote or hybrid
Good to Have
• Multi-channel outreach experience (cold email sequences, LinkedIn outreach)
• Hands-on familiarity with sales tools — Apollo, Lusha, Clay, or similar
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup (≤25 people)
• Exposure to SaaS, retail-tech, or ops-tech products
Compensation & Logistics
• ₹75,000–1,00,000/month in-hand + uncapped commissions on every qualified meeting set (SQL)
• Full in-office role at Gurugram; US night shift hours
• Open to candidates willing to relocate to Gurugram
• Notice period: up to 30 days
• No educational degree requirement — speaking skills and US calling experience are the only filters
