Digital Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Summary
Thukral Di Hatti is looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to help grow our business online. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media advertising, e-commerce, and online sales. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, improving website sales, and managing digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Create and manage social media marketing strategies.
• Increase online sales through effective digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage and optimize our WooCommerce website.
• Improve SEO rankings and website performance.
• Plan promotional campaigns, offers, and marketing calendars.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Handle WhatsApp Business marketing and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials.
• Identify new growth opportunities to increase revenue.
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
Requirements
• 1-3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
• Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
