Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Module Ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for mobile payment workflows inside our React Native app, including traditional payment gateways, crypto wallet connections and checkout screens.
• Feature Execution: Review Figma designs and product requirements, draft concise technical implementation notes and Confluence documents, and independently deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces with minimal hand-holding.
• Code Excellence: Maintain high code quality using TypeScript, implement robust offline handling, secure storage for cryptographic keys/sensitive data, and ensure high test coverage within your module.
• Production Monitoring: Track payment/crypto transaction drop-off metrics from a technical lens, monitor app stability, and act as the first line of defence for production bugs originating from the domain.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience building and deploying production apps using React Native and TypeScript. (Consumer-facing product).
• Hands-on experience with cache, Redux Toolkit & zustand.
• Hands-on experience with TanStack or rtk-query to fetch, retry and maintain cache data on the client.
• Hands-on experience with at least 1 local storage- watermelon-db/sqlite or AsyncStorage.
• Good understanding of Deeplinks & notifications modules.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of payment workflows(gateways, checkout states).
• Basic understanding & familiarity with mobile CI/CD tools like Bitrise or automation via Fastlane.
• Product Instincts: You care about how things feel and look, ensuring smooth transitions and a polished user experience.
