About the Role

As a Script/Content Writer, you will work closely with our digital, media research teams. Writers play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our campaigns and messaging. This role requires exceptional linguistic command over Tamil and a deep understanding of political messaging.
Given the fast-paced nature of politics, we operate in a high-energy, round-the-clock setting. Collaboration is central to our work culture, ensuring that tasks are optimally distributed so every team member has meaningful opportunities to contribute.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-form content for social media, articles, video scripts, and speeches.
- Conduct in-depth research and present topics with exceptional depth and nuance.
- Analyze data sets to derive insights for content creation.
- Ideate and build campaign messages that align with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with campaign managers, video editors, designers, and researchers to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Engage with leaders and external stakeholders to understand content requirements and tailor messaging accordingly.
Qualifications Experience
- Bachelor s, Master s, or Doctorate in relevant fields such as literature, social sciences, public policy, journalism, or filmmaking.
- 2 5 years of experience as a writer in news media, digital media, research organizations, or political organizations.
- Proficiency in Tamil (Mandatory) with demonstrated expertise in writing and storytelling.
- Proven ability to conduct exploratory research on political and social topics.
