Job Purpose:
The Content Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality content across digital platforms, corporate communications, marketing campaigns, and internal initiatives. The role requires exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills to ensure consistent brand messaging while engaging diverse audiences in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Duties & Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Create engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, press releases, and corporate communications.
- Develop compelling and creative content in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging.
- Write content for branding campaigns, CSR initiatives, employer branding, recruitment marketing, events, and business communications.
- Transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content.
Content Editing & Localization
- Transcribe audio and video content accurately into written content in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, grammar, accuracy, readability, and consistency.
- Adapt and localize content for different platforms and target audiences while maintaining the intended message and brand identity.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and communication standards.
Research & Collaboration
- Conduct research on industry trends, business topics, market insights, and audience preferences to create relevant and valuable content.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Social Media Managers, Digital Marketers, Photographers, Videographers, HR, and Branding teams to develop integrated communication campaigns.
- Support content requirements for digital marketing, corporate branding, internal communications, and business development initiatives.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with emerging content trends, SEO practices, AI-powered writing tools, and digital communication strategies.
- Recommend creative ideas that enhance audience engagement, brand awareness, and communication effectiveness.
- Contribute to cross-functional marketing, branding, and communication projects that support organizational growth and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Journalism, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional writing skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Robust storytelling, editing, proofreading, and creative writing abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital content, SEO writing, and content marketing principles.
- Ability to conduct research and create informative, engaging, and audience-focused content.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple writing assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–2 years of professional experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Journalism, Corporate Communications, or Digital Marketing. Freshers with outstanding writing skills are encouraged to apply.
- Certifications in Content Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Creative Writing, Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Content Marketing, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and copywriting skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and writing style across multiple content formats.
- Ability to create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and corporate communications.
- Knowledge of content strategy, brand storytelling, digital marketing, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity with SEO writing, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, or Gemini will be an added advantage.
- Strong research, analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
