Our Non-Negotiables

To succeed in securing a teaching position in Australia, we require the following from you:
• Education
• Completed University-Level Education totalling 4 Years of Learning
• Obtained a minimum 1 Year Degree in Education (B.Ed. or M.Ed or PGCE or PDCE)
• Completed 45+ days of Supervised Practice Teaching (sometimes referred to as student teaching)
• Teaching Experience
• 2+ years of experience in your field of teaching*
• English Competency
• Completed Education Degree in Aust., New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada, Ireland OR Passed English Language Assessment
• IELTS - Academic Module
• Min Band 8 in Listening and Speaking
• Min Band 7 in Reading and Writing
• Character Assessment
• Must be able to pass a police clearance
