777 Property Compliance & Maintenance is a rapidly growing national company providing plumbing, heating, gas, electrical and property maintenance services throughout the UK.
Due to continued expansion, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator / Scheduler to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping our engineers productive, our customers informed and our operations running smoothly.
Full training will be provided on our systems and processes.
The Role
Your primary responsibility will be scheduling engineers, coordinating appointments and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You will be responsible for:
Scheduling engineers and managing daily workloads.
Booking appointments with customers and tenants.
Liaising with engineers throughout the day.
Rearranging appointments and reacting to changing priorities.
Answering incoming telephone calls and emails professionally.
Monitoring outstanding jobs through to completion.
Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
Maintaining accurate records using our management systems.
Working closely with the Directors to improve efficiency and customer service.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

Computer Skills
Applicants must be confident using:
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
General computer systems
Ability to quickly learn new scheduling and job management software
Previous experience in scheduling, customer service or office administration is preferred but not essential.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am until 5:30pm
The successful applicant must also be willing to:
Take a company phone and laptop home.
Participate in a shared out-of-hours support rota.
Be contactable for occasional urgent evening and weekend enquiries.

£28,000–£32,000 depending on experience.
