Responsibility Expectations from the role
Hands-on with Intune and/or MECM (SCCM); WSUS
Patch Windows (WUfB/WSUS/MECM), macOS (Jamf), and third party apps; coordinate reboots and deferrals.
PowerShell scripting; strong troubleshooting of failed deployments
Experience with change management (ITIL), incident/problem management, and executive reporting
Integrate with Vulnerability Management tool Tenable
Track MTTR for critical vulnerabilities; reduce exposure windows and exceptions/waivers.
