Full job description
We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Customer Service & Data Entry Coordinator who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. A strong attention to detail—someone who genuinely enjoys keeping things accurate and organized—is essential for this role. Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is considered an asset.

If you’re outgoing, personable, and enjoy working with customers, this is an excellent opportunity. This position serves as the front line for our customers when they arrive at our facility and plays a key role in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurate data entry and record maintenance
Customer service, greeting and assisting clients on site
Light housekeeping and general facility upkeep
Food handling as required
Working closely with operators to help ensure facility efficiency
Supporting operations across both Edmonton locations
Receiving training to work with additional materials and truck types at one location
Position Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and people skills
Flexibility to work at both Edmonton facilities
Willingness to learn new materials, procedures, and equipment
Schedule:

Typical hours are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Occasionally may be required to start earlier or stay later, depending on operational needs
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and being an essential part of daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
