About The Role
You will join a fast-growing global Talent Acquisition team that is responsible for attracting and maintaining relationships with the best talent in the market as we build and scale AlphaSense. As a newly created position on the team, the Sourcer will provide front-end-finding, sourcing, and phone screening—high-volume recruiting support for our recruiting team. There are various roles open on the team and this position would be to support the Content Analyst team. You should be capable of engaging with the candidates till they join the organization. Should have basic experience in HR activities.
Must Have
• Minimum 3+ years of recruiting/coordination/sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment (previous BPO experience preferred)
• Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
• Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and recruiters.
• Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
• Able to confidently represent AlphaSense professionally, both internally and externally
• Flexible, detail-oriented with a desire to learn
• Experience with tracking metrics and utilizing data
• Linkedin Recruitment, sourcing tools, and ATS experience
• Skilled in organization, prioritization
