Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers based on provided lists
• Provide information about products, services, or promotions
• Answer customer inquiries and address concerns effectively
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and goals achieved
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy during every call
Qualifications & Requirements
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Friendly, polite, and professional phone etiquette
• Comfortable working remotely from home with a stable internet connection
• No prior experience required – training will be provided
• Must be available on Saturdays and Sundays
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate call center software
• Comfortable with making a high volume of calls during shift hours
