What will you be doing as an SAP SD Senior Consultant – Public Cloud @ delaware India?

As an SAP SD Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical developers to design, configure, test, and deploy scalable SAP solutions that align with client business objectives.

You will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle—from requirement analysis and solution design to testing, defect resolution, and go-live support. Working as part of our global delivery team, you will contribute to successful SAP Public Cloud implementations while ensuring high-quality solution delivery across international projects.

We are looking for the following skills in our new colleague
• Strong functional expertise in SAP SD with hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations is mandatory.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA On-Premise implementations will be an added advantage.
• Configure, support, and optimize SAP SD business processes in line with business requirements.
• Good understanding of SAP Public Cloud extensibility, including APIs, Custom Fields, and standard enhancement frameworks.
• Ability to provide functional guidance to technical developers during development, testing, and defect resolution.
• Perform defect analysis, root cause identification, troubleshooting, and functional fixes during testing and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate closely with business users, functional consultants, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design workshops, system configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Support end-user training, system testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Work effectively in both implementation and Application Management Support (AMS) engagements.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills while working in global delivery environments.
• Flexible to support project activities across different time zones, particularly for deployments in Dubai and Türkiye.
• Candidates based in India are preferred due to closer time zone alignment.
• Availability to support critical project milestones, with no planned personal commitments over the next one to two months.
