Job Description
SAP RAR Consultant – We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and support end-to-end SAP RAR implementations, including system configuration, testing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation & Configuration: Lead and support end-to-end SAP RAR implementations, including system configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Revenue Recognition: Configure and manage revenue recognition logic in line with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 standards, ensuring compliance with industry-specific revenue policies.
• Integration: Work closely with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, CO, SD, and MM) to ensure seamless integration and data flow for accurate revenue reporting.
• Business Analysis: Gather business requirements related to revenue accounting, perform gap analysis, and map them to SAP RAR functionality.
• Customization: Design and configure custom solutions within SAP RAR to address specific business needs, ensuring the solution meets regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
• Testing & Validation: Participate in system testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) to ensure the SAP RAR solution meets functional requirements and operates as expected.
• Documentation & Compliance: Document all SAP RAR configurations, processes, and solutions to maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements within the SAP RAR module to improve system performance, usability, and alignment with business needs.
