Job Summary:
The SAP ERP MMWM Change Lead is a senior Project and Supporting role. The ERP Analyst is a functional specialist in the SAP core area of MM WM. In addition to Project and support responsibilities Lead is also responsible for coordination, execution and delivery quality of MM WM modular activities across multiple systems, regions and sites
Coordinating a team of internal functional specialists on the Emerson SAP Change Team and as well as third parties, the Lead is responsible for ensuring that the work of the workstream are performed completely and with the right level of quality, ensure that the workstream integrates and coordinates with other workstreams in the delivery of all Project and other assigned activities. Lead will need to work with internal and/or external resources to handle issues and gaps in interface functionality, MM WM configuration and user exit.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead will be responsible to learn the MM WM designs in all the Emerson Automation Solutions SAP Systems and recommend/drive improvement and design standardization opportunities that result in a lower project support complexity!
This role will act as a lead and contributor for MM WM related projects, support, automation and related change
• Responsible for oversight and execution of SAP Projects major enhancements' implementation, Coordinate and lead weekly MM WM meetings with internal external counterparts.
• Audit processes performed by third parties to ensure compliance to Emerson standards.
• Coordinate, design and implement SAP MM WM configuration customizing in Emerson SAP systems lead and contribute.
• Represent MM WM in Stakeholders / Project / governance meetings as the need arises and review all MM WM functional specifications built by third parties change team.
• Give Knowledge Transfer from the change team to Support team and provide technical mentorship as needed
• Lead all aspects of and implement change delivery and release delivery within the Emerson Change Team!
• Provides functional/technical expertise in MM WM module. SAP Configuration proficiency in given system module. Able to solve complex SAP technical issues. Strong SAP integration knowledge with SD, PP, FICO and VC modules.
• Strong EDI knowledge and ownership for major enhancements and project related activities.
• Translates business requirements into detailed technical/functional specifications.
• Collaborates and communicates with ABAP, Basis, Security and other relevant teams to ensure accurate planning, development and execution of all the work.
• Collaborates and communicates with Business teams to optimize solution delivery and scheduling. Ensures that new business processes/business requirements are detailed qualitatively with documents and that they are validated with the expectations of the customer.
• Oversight and execution of workstream activities primarily for Project and major enhancements across systems. Ensure that workstream activities are progressing according to plan, and ensure delays and issues are identified and mitigating actions taken.
• Create test scripts catalogs. Coordinate conduct system testing regression testing as the need arises.
• Serve as the customer concern point for Change team MM WM issues for business users as well as internal external MM WM counterparts.
• Carries out all activities following Emerson processes, policies and procedures

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience in SAP.
• Experience in matrixed organization, coordinating with multiple internal staff and consultants concurrently.
• Strong analytical ability, process oriented and ability to manage complexity. Able to work independently against an established set of guidelines.
• Support experience in a global environment including coordination and alignment with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient utilization of MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Experienced in the technical support of EDI, IDOC processing, Vertex Tradesphere is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of SAP's customizing toolset, including IMG (Implementation Management Guide) and Comprehensive understanding of SAP data model in MM WM and SAP architecture.
• Thorough business understanding of material, procurement, inventory and warehousing processes in a plant environment Thorough business understanding of sales manufacturing processes in a plant environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science with a technical background (MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field)
• Good interpersonal skills using English, both spoken and written, as will be working with overseas team
