SAP HR Consultant Project Implementation

Education / Qualification
• Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree or any relevant degree in a related Field
• Certification in HR module preferably S/4HANA (Optional)

Experience
• 6-8 years of SAP consulting experience in SAP HR module. 4-7 years of relevant functional and domain experience.
• Prior experience working in support projects as well as implementation and roll-out projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR standard functionalities, Payroll, scenarios and configuration
• Should have worked closely with ABAP and Fiori development team to deliver WRICEF objects. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. Experience working in a team and deliver objects collaboratively in an efficient manner& ability to understand business processes from a user perspective
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules like FICO & Experience to debug a custom code
